Deep groove ball bearing

Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type, featuring comprehensive functionality and low friction characteristics. After optimization, they can reduce noise and vibration, thereby achieving high rotational speeds. They can withstand radial loads and axial loads in both directions, are easy to install and maintain, and come in various designs such as single row, double row, open, and sealed types.

Deep groove ball bearings primarily support radial loads. When the radial clearance of the bearing is increased, they exhibit certain performance characteristics of angular contact ball bearings, allowing them to support both radial and axial loads simultaneously. When the rotational speed is high and thrust ball bearings are not suitable, deep groove ball bearings can also be used to support pure axial loads. Deep groove ball bearings can limit axial displacement in both directions of the shaft or housing, thus allowing for axial positioning in both directions. In addition, deep groove ball bearings have a certain self-aligning capability, with a self-aligning angle of about 10', but this can reduce the bearing life. The type code for single-row deep groove ball bearings is 6, and the type code for double-row deep groove ball bearings is 4. They have a simple structure and are easy to use, making them the most commonly produced and widely used type of bearing.

Single-row deep groove ball bearings adopt a single-row raceway structure with inner and outer rings, capable of simultaneously withstanding radial loads and limited axial loads. The contact rubber seal type features a sealing design to prevent contaminants from entering, and is filled with low-friction grease to enhance operational efficiency, with a precision grade of general purpose grade 0.

Double-row deep groove ball bearings can only withstand an angular misalignment error of 2 minutes of arc. Larger angular misalignment errors can increase the load on the balls and raceways to an excessive level, thereby shortening the service life of the bearing. Double-row deep groove ball bearings have normal-level radial clearance. Back-to-back or face-to-face combined bearings are generally supplied in the following two forms: smaller axial clearance, with the suffix CA, and light preload, with the suffix GA. The clearance and preload of paired bearings in the 60, 62, and 63 series.

Product Features: Simple structure, easy to use; low friction coefficient, high limit speed; the most mature technology, achieving extremely low noise levels; not resistant to impact, not suitable for bearing heavy loads; heavy-duty design, enhancing the load capacity of the bearing, thereby extending its lifespan; double-row deep groove ball bearings are similar in design to single-row bearings, without ball-retaining gaps, thus capable of withstanding bidirectional axial loads.

Main fields: Deep groove ball bearings can be used in various fields such as gearboxes, instruments and meters, motors, household appliances, internal combustion engines, transportation vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, engineering machinery, roller skates, yo-yos, water pumps, textile machinery, etc.
