Shore container crane (quay crane)

Large vehicle walking mechanism: The quay crane needs to move on the tracks along the dock shore, and its large vehicle walking wheel set is equipped with large bearings. These bearings bear the weight of the crane and the huge radial load generated when lifting containers, and maintain stable operation during the movement of the crane. For example, when loading and unloading a large container ship, the quay crane needs to frequently move back and forth on the track, and the good performance of the bearings can ensure its walking accuracy, thereby accurately positioning it above each container position.

Car walking mechanism: On the main beam of the shore bridge, the car runs along the track and is responsible for transporting containers from the sea side to the land side, or vice versa. The bearings in the trolley walking mechanism must bear the weight of the trolley and the lifted container, and ensure precise position control during high-speed operation. This is crucial for improving loading and unloading efficiency, as the speed of the trolley directly affects the lifting cycle of the container.

Lifting mechanism: The lifting mechanism used to lift and lower containers is a key part of the quay crane. The bearings in the lifting drum, pulley system and other components bear the axial and radial loads generated by the enormous weight of the container. When the lifting height can reach several tens of meters, bearings need to ensure the smoothness of the lifting process, prevent container shaking, and adapt to frequent lifting and lowering actions, with high load-bearing capacity and good wear resistance.
